I stayed for a night. Was expecting the room to be more clean. Bedsheets and pillows have a bad smell. Room is spacious and nice, hotel in general is nice and new. Only negative experience was with the cleanness of the bed. Too bad cz the rate isn’t cheap.
We stayed for 4 nights (family of 6). 200ft from subway station one stop and you’re in midtown. Well maintained. Great shower. Clean. Great staff - Cal greeted us on arrival with a smile and was great throughout our stay. It was very busy because clearly we aren’t the only ones to have discovered this gem while visiting NYC. At least half the price of any other comparable hotel in Manhattan. Neighbourhood is ok too. Really couldn’t recommend highly enough if you’re taking a family vacation to NYC.
The hotel room was huge but the floors were sticky. The bed was fairly comfy but the pillows have zero support.
