Stayed at Home2 Suites Long Island City recently, and while the location is excellent — close to public transport and easy access to Manhattan — the experience was let down by one major issue: the bed. It was incredibly soft and unsupportive — like sleeping in a hammock made of marshmallows. Woke up with a sore back every morning.
