It's surprisingly good! Pleanty of room space and it's a relatively new facitly. The shower water-flow is too slow; having a fulfilling shower at night is very important. Location is good since it's closed to a metro station. On-site parking is challenging with limited spaces and a hefty fee. The nearby sister-parking lot offers a more reasonable parking fee. You can ask the counter at check-in.

The fact that it cost 10 dollars to store our bag is a scam and everyone should make sure they pack like they are planning to carry their bags through all of NYC. Have never ever heard of holding a bag ever for 3 backpacks. I can understand if you bring like 10 bags but three tiny bags is a joke.
Was in room 217 after not having hot shower water our entire stay. Front desk staff stated that's normal for the second floor, and shrugged it off. The area is already not pleasing to the eye. Breakfast was good. The tub was dirty and we asked for it to be cleaned someone came and didn't clean a thing. We will never stay here again and was a side eye at a Hilton property to say the least.
