Very poor management and security. Several vehicles were broken into last night, and we filed a police report. We later found out that this is not the first time incidents like this have occurred at this property. When we asked management if they could provide security footage, we were told that there are no cameras on the property. For a property that is insured and responsible for the safety and security of its residents, this is extremely concerning. Very disappointing experience. The police told us that theft has occurred at this hotel multiple times. There are no security cameras on the property, and management provided no meaningful help when we reported what happened. We did not feel safe or that our concerns were taken seriously. Based on our experience, I would NOT recommend staying here.

Room booked 6 months in advance & confirmed with my American Express credit card. I called the day before check-in & found room cancelled! Was told (by front desk at hotel) 1. They were overbooked & nothing could be done. 2. I was cancelled because I did not have the Hilton app. 3. They tried to call me ro advise. ( a blatant lie!!) 4. Fantastic weekend getaway! ​Everything at Home2 Suites was top-notch. A special thanks to the housekeeping supervisor Dina for being so helpful and quickly responding to all our requests. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!
