I had a great stay here! The staff was extremely kind and pleasant- especially the gentleman working the breakfast station who made sure to make everyone feel welcome. Would stay again if passing through!
Loved everything about this hotel except the breakfast. Not many choices, and the setup is not intuitive. The host is extremely service oriented and friendly! The rooms are well equipped and attended to daily. In a time when other hotel chains don't service rooms daily, it was so refreshing to have fresh towels, emptied trash and beds made. Restaurants in walking distance was a plus. Except for the breakfast, this hotel is top-notch!
I unfortunately had a change of plans and cancelled my stay a week out, and was changed the FULL PRICE of the entire 5 day stay! NO REFUND at all. This is not a way to run a business! I will never book with Expedia or stay at a Hilton ever again! Ripping off your customers is a terrible business practice.
