I was trying to stay here on GOV orders bcuz I really do like Home2Suites hotels. Things got complicated and unfortunately I had to cancel my stay with them. I was having a really hard time getting my reservation cancelled bcuz their phone system was down. I even tried the Hilton hotline but they couldn’t help me. What eventually came through for me was the professionalism and dedication of one of their managers named MJ.
