Rooms are not updated. Sheets, mattress, pillows not comfortable. Didn’t sleep much because of it.
I would never stay at this hotel again. Tldr: assigned room was dirty, smelled like urine. Had to clean it ourselves, assistant manager fought us on getting a refund. Before we arrived, they changed our reservation from 2 queen suite to a single king suite. Apparently they overbooked the hotel. We were able to have them switch it back after showing our confirmation. However the room we were given smelled strongly of urine and had something, feces or perhaps a bug's nest on the wall. The experience was horrible, my family had to buy their own was cloth and towels. The ice machine was always empty so we had to buy ice from the gas stations. The rooms were not fully clean dirty dish in the dishwasher as well as food left in the refrigerator from previous customers. Only one working elevator. On the pictures it show umbrellas at the sitting areas, nothing to help reduce you from sun exposure. The front desk blames housekeepers for everything but does nothing about it. The location was very good. The front desk lady was very rude and unprofessional. I asked her the directions to the stairway because the 2nd elevator sounded like it was going to break. The room was very nice and remodeled but everything except for the beds didn’t seem clean.
