Wow just wow . Last year I had a house fire . I lost Just about everything to smoke damage . The temporary housing company contacted them and made arrangements for me to be placed here the day after . I was covered head to toe in black soot . Me and my soot covered senior kitty . We were both lucky to survive .They knew I was displaced from.a fire ,the temp housing company paid them top dollar of my insurance funds for me to be there . Everything I had smelled of smoke . As a Silver Honors member and Hilton advocate, this Home2Suites was a huge disappointment. Filthy from the lobby to the elevator, hallway, and my room. The bathtub faucet was coming away from the wall, the shower curtain was so torn, it barely stayed up on the rod and the microwave was rusted. Food particles were in the utensil drawer. The desk staff was friendly at check in and out but my reserved room was not ready at 4:00 & I had to ask for waters. Then they only had micro sized ones. It is currently 6:51 and checkin was at 4pm. We are sitting in a lobby because our room is still not cleaned and all the workers left except our front desk person. We cant be moved to another room because the system is down. The manager is fully aware of the situation, but left someone here who is not able to make the customer service decisions that need to be made.
