Staff was friendly, room was not cleaned well. Dirty light switches, splashes of something on blind and walls. Cockroaches in bathroom and kitchen. I was unable to switch rooms due to being fully booked and ended up changing hotels. Was charged for an extra night and when I called to ask for it removed nobody answered the phone. Location is good. Close to interstate, restaurants and things to do.
I usually enjoy my stays at any Hilton establishments, but this stay was a little disappointing. The sofa bed mattress smelled like urine. When asked for more washcloths… there was no more. They had put some in the wash and would not be finished for a while. I am not sure if this happens often, but it is inconvenient for guests.
Check-in was quick and smooth. The room was clean overall, and it had a mini kitchen, which was convenient. There were plenty of towels and all the basic bathroom amenities were provided. However, the bed sheet had holes in it, and the desk chair was also worn out, which was disappointing. Breakfast was standard, similar to most hotels, and served with disposable tableware.
