So the rooms were good but the confider was ripped and the service they wouldn’t bring towels to our room we have to go get which is disappointing and the location was not my style so if you like being in the middle of no we’re then you should come
No towel exchange and no toilet paper. The front desk more or less said it was my fault for assuming they would do housekeeping on a weekend (day 3).
Didn't service the room on the schedule that was given. Asked for towels and none were clean. Rooms are ok, but could be updated. Overall not great.
Im giving it stars mainly due to location and the room is modern and spacious but not spotless. My room never serviced. I booked this hotel for a 4-day business trip. I'm a Gold member and wasn't offered an upgrade, beverage allowance, or free bottle of water during check-in. Wasn't informed of the cleaning schedule.. Got into the shower the next morning and found curlies from the previous tenant, floors not clean in kitchen or bathroom.
