Garbage place. Tried 3 times to get into a room riding up and down the elevators that were leaking with water. Just to get told something is wrong with their system. Then wanted to cancel the reservation and they say they would still charge. Worthless person working the desk. Worst Hilton owned hotel I've ever been to.
Got my review mixed up with the other hotel I stayed at in due to my Google directions as I usually rate as I am there but got to hotels super late. This hotel was horrible the room dirty continental breakfast terrible, and nasty staff. The room was supposed to hold 5 people it didn't they didn't have any fold out bed or trundle. My son ended up sleeping on the chair with his feet on a roll away chair in which he fell onto the floor in the middle of the night, which I am so glad he didn't get hurt. Home2Suites is my favorite hotel but this location superseded my expectations. The location was near everything and the staff was super friendly. The lady at the front gave me acetaminophen for my backache. The room was top tier! It was huge with all of the amenities, including sodas, water and snacks in the room. The rom smelled amazing and was super clean. The bed was so comfortable that I slept through breakfast and only had coffee. 10 out of 10 experience!!
I was trying to book and ask a question and the hotel staff I " chatted" with Kelsey ghosted me apparently.🤣 So I never even got to book it or have an experience, and based on the interaction and never getting a response deterred me. I don't think I would've liked it based on that alone
The cleaning supplies and the scent that is used throughout the hotel caused me to have an allergic reaction. We love the location and have stayed here for two consecutive years. Unfortunately, the scent will keep us from staying here again. Also, the breakfast was running very low on most items, including plates. There was no staff monitoring the breakfast area unless it was the person talking with the front desk counter?
