As far as hotels go, this is the best one ive been to by far. Rooms have a full kitchen and plenty of room at such a good price! Staff was friendly and helpful and I genuinely enjoyed my stay. Parking garage is a little tight so I had trouble getting in and out but nothing I couldn't handle. I would definitely stay here again.
Please train your staff on Conferma policies. “We’re a franchise so we’re different” is not a proper response. I have only ever had this issue with franchise Hiltons. Business travelers using Conferma- best to book a corporate ran hotel to have a smooth check in.
Checked in tonight around 9pm. Had to be buzzed in by the front desk clerk who missed my first buzz due to watching videos on her phone. One in checking went smooth, she gave good directions for how to park. When we got to our floor we heard a gentleman screaming loudly fron a room down from ours. We used this trip to check out the hotel for an upcoming wedding for guest to stay at. What appealed to us was having breakfast along with having a bar in the lobby along with on the rooftop. We were very disappointed that neither bar opened while we were there. Probably will be looking for another hotel for all the guest to stay at.
