This hotel was great! I booked a studio room to stay at for 3 nights when I came into town for FurSquared’s convention, but was too young to book the main hotel downtown. This is one of the rare decent hotels that would let me check in as a 20 year old. The rooms were very clean, quite modern as well. It has a smart TV in it, so I could log in and watch YouTube without even plugging anything in, which was pretty convenient. Stayed here for three days, hotel is in tip top shape and standards. It had all the amenities one needs during their stay and it is well maintained. Price is very good for what they have and their fitness center has new equipments.
Service was over the top. How many times do you get someone to ask how your breakfast is at a continental breakfast. What a great experience
No information about check in times and extra fees- booked a room for the night we were to drive to Milwaukee so we would have somewhere to sleep and a snow storm made our travel time last over 3 hours. Got there in the AM of the next business day and they proceeded to say we could not check in as it’s treated as a no show and if we were to book another room it would be a $75 dollar extra charge for early check in.
