No information about check in times and extra fees- booked a room for the night we were to drive to Milwaukee so we would have somewhere to sleep and a snow storm made our travel time last over 3 hours. Got there in the AM of the next business day and they proceeded to say we could not check in as it’s treated as a no show and if we were to book another room it would be a $75 dollar extra charge for early check in. Went though refund process and it says “request submitted” so we don’t even know if we’ll get our money back. A... read more
Very comfy, no airplane noise at all even though it's quite close to the airport.
We stay here every time we visit WI. It has everything g we need & the staff are always friendly & accommodating. The location is perfect as it is only minutes from the airport; centrally located to retail shops, restaurants & entertainment. Our rooms are always clean & well appointed. Tho we don't use the gym we do use the laundry & pool & free breakfast during our stays. We enjoy our stays here & the only thing we would ask for would be more handicap parking spots.
Staff and rooms are really good.
