The most pleasant part about my trip was my encounter with Ms.Fatima. She is the woman in charge of breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. This weekend it was extremely busy. There were several families present with 4 to 5 children. Honestly, most of the people were extremely rude; including some of the children. The food was running out constantly, people were leaving food and trash everywhere, and things seemed slightly chaotic for a short time. Wonderful hotel! The room was massive with plenty of space for the three of us to spread out. It was well updated and very clean. The pool area was beautiful! This will be my top choice when visiting Miami in the future.
Great location. Rooms were spacious and clean. Orlando in the lobby and Maria and Dario at the front desk had great service.
Very large rooms.
I stay here every month for work.. very friendly front desk service and simple check-in!
