Terrible management!!!!!!!!!
Rooms smelled. Pool was NOT heated as they claim. No towels in the pool area and front desk did not help when I asked them for some. Digital room key worked to get into hotel side door but NOT room and front desk was rude when I asked for a physical key. Would chose to stay elsewhere if there is a next time.
My family and I stayed at Home2 Suites for 3 nights while visiting the area for a funeral. We were met with incredibly friendly staff right from the start, and each staff member we interacted with was polite, energetic and helpful. While eating breakfast one morning, we noted that it was evident the staff all got along and enjoyed working together, just by their interactions. Breakfast was top notch.
