Place is trash I’m a diamond member stayed for 3 days only Hilton I’ve ever been 2 that wouldn’t give me a late check out
I am never going to be staying at Home2 Suites hotels ever again. Bad experience. Terrible customer service. I booked a stay here for 3 adults and 2 kids and their website forces you to add another room even though there is definitely space with 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed in the room. They also advertise a full kitchen, but there is no range/stove in the room. Upon arrival found out that their internet was down and was told that their door key cards weren't working and they will have to walk us to the rooms and open the doo... read more
Very nice place. I would definitely recommend it
The young lady who worked the front desk was amazing. She checked us in and out. When leaving, I gave the keys to my daughter to "check-out", the front desk associate was amazing. She asked my daughter how our stay was and if we had any issues. She treated her with respect and I believe she truly cared about her opinion. While the room and breakfast were not anything that stood out, the interaction with my kids absolutely did.
