I have stayed at this location for months at a time in 2025 and 2026. I had to leave abruptly and upon leaving i requested all my packages that are on the way to be kept there for me to pick up.Hotel personel took it upon themselves to return all thre packages creating chaos and an $173.00 package from amazon to be lost and no way to get credit. I came here with a coworker on a business trip so I was willing to spend a little extra for the comfort but I wish I hadn't. I booked a room with two queens but when I arrived they told me the only room available had 1 king bed only. They declined to make any accommodations including refunding me for the difference in cost or find a partner Hilton with availability. Hotel is right beside and very loud and very busy highway. I barely slept for two days even with earplugs.
I have been coming to this hotel almost every month for work and I keep returning because the facilities are always in great condition. However, the staff here are absolutely fantastic. Shanna is one of the best. I have seen her month after month checking guests in, helping in any way she can. She’s always busy: assisting guests, restocking the coffee station or helping other hotel staff. The good attitude and the willingness to help is greatly appreciated but she goes above and beyond to make everyone’s stay as comfortable ... read more
