Beautiful hotel. Unfortunately, fresh wash rags and towels were promised after requested, but never delivered. Our toilet felt like it was going to fall through the floor every time you sat on it.
We decided to stay here during our visit to Lynchburg. The rooms are immaculate. The staff at the front desk and housekeeping are so accommodating. Would definitely stay here again! Almost forgot to mention they are pet friendly.
I have a 6-month project in Lynchburg, VA., and the staff has been nothing short of AMAZING. I have now adopted them as my family away from home. I have turned my room into a small, cozy home. Don't hesitate to book here.
Good hotel right near Liberty. Very nice to have some comforts of home at the hotel. Nice full-sized fridge, plates, coffee cups, etc in room. I wished for more from housekeeping. They said they would come in every other day, but they didn't refill things like the coffee. The towels were not replaced like we needed for the 4 of us in the family. The hotel was also very noisy--in the room and in general. A lot of traffic noise, and you could hear people walking around day and night.
