I have been coming to this hotel almost every month for work and I keep returning because the facilities are always in great condition. However, the staff here are absolutely fantastic. Shanna is one of the best. I have seen her month after month checking guests in, helping in any way she can. She’s always busy: assisting guests, restocking the coffee station or helping other hotel staff. Roberto at the evening front desk was exceptional in resolving a heating issue. Room thermostat not working good in two rooms would not go above 70 in one room or 82 in the other and stayed cold in room all night. Pool sez heated but still chilly and pool room just flat out cold. Breakfast was cold eggs and meat though suppose to be warm breakfast.
An upmarket version of Hilton's Tru. Nice rooms with nice amenities (Breakfast, gym, pool). Recommended.
