Poorly run. Bait and switch. Don't honor reservations. Essentials are not stocked in the room. Didn't clean the room for 3 days.
My husband and I have stayed at this hotel in the past with excellent service. Recently due to a family emergency, Roberto went above and beyond to provide great customer service. I would highly recommend this hotel in Lynchburg.

I came to this Home2 Suites location with my newborn and toddler to attend a family funeral the day after check-in, and it was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. While the front desk staff were friendly, it was clear they were not properly trained. On my first day, they didn’t even know the prices of items I was trying to purchase. Beautiful hotel. Unfortunately, fresh wash rags and towels were promised after requested, but never delivered. Our toilet felt like it was going to fall through the floor every time you sat on it.
