Fabulous room with bed, couch, table with chair, and kitchenette. Staff were all friendly and clearly focused on customer service. The continental breakfast was really good, saving me money on breakfast and coffee. Overall, great experience.
Hotel is overrated! Room was nice but many things were quality wise under the average. We have been sleeping in 20 different hotels for the past 20 days, and this hotel had the worst beds of them all. Breakfast was really not good. Swimming pool was nice! They promised us to look into the possibility to give us a discount for all the inconveniences, but they play ball and say they have no note about it... Would come here again. Its off the strip so its mellow. Near a shopping plaza/outlet mall. close to lots of restaurants. Big Mommas smokehouse is amazing! Nice staff, decent amenities, good rates.
Beds are kid of lumpy. I could hear others moving around upstairs and shower.
I’ve stayed at and interacted with many properties over the years, and I’ve never had an experience quite like this with Home2 Suites by Hilton. I pulled in specifically to use what is listed on my Tesla navigation as a public charging location. At no point—either on-site or through Tesla’s system—was there any indication that the charger was restricted to hotel guests or considered private property.
