The hotel cleaners didn't clean my room like I requested them to do so. The floors in my room were filthy. Plus, the management needs to be more accommodating when it comes to the guests' dietary restrictions, for breakfast.
Carpet had several stains. Alot of kids. Running out of coffee.
Worst customer service in Vegas. Checked in before arrival and asked for a digital key. After arriving late in the day they made me come to the desk where they didn't have my status, my cc on file, and could not get digital key to work (did not work the entire time). The room had been ready for hours. I am a Diamond member and was treated like garbage at the desk and no honors line. No shampoo or lotion available in the room, had to go to the desk. Manager at this facility needs a serious attitude check.
