I had such a great experience at this hotel. Not only were the amenities clean and functional, but the staff was amazing. From the cooks to the front desk everyone was friendly and welcoming. The manager was one of the best people I've ever met from a customer service standpoint; she was accommodating and proactive. If you're staying in Laredo, stay here!
Es un buen lugar, el personal es amable y está muy completo el hotel por el precio. En mi caso estuve casi 2 semanas y solo funcionaba un elevador de 2 que estaban en operación, lo cual retrasaba el uso del mismo, fuera de eso estuvo muy bien.
