We come to Laredo for work 1 to 2 times a week..we decided to try this particular Hilton a few times now..First time we stayed after hotel first opened we notice a bad sewer smell in the hallways and to this day it is still very bad.. laundry and gym smell disgusting! Thought this would've been fixed by now but nope. Also no sanitary wipes in the gym area so you can not wipe down equipment after use. Disgusting. Place is a complete scam they tried to charge me 340$ for a room with twin beds before taxes and fees and the normal 50$ hold lmao are they insane ?
Stayed here a few times this past year. Clean and safe hotel. Good location for business travel. Excellent service from JJ!
