I don’t have anything unique to add about the physical property itself - good location, all the features you’d expect from a newer Home2 Suites. What stood out to me was the staff. They were consistently warm and welcoming, always the first to say hello, making eye contact, and greeting with a genuine smile. Booked this hotel through my corporate travel agency. Place is fine as long as you never have to actually work with an employee at the front desk. Repeated requests go unanswered. Zero ability to help with anything. Do yourself a favor, get the app and go for keyless check in. Place is super quiet as nobody stays there. Good location within walking distance of a cool little downtown area called the Plantation with numerous good restaurants and bars.
