Booked over a month ago and called to request ground floor due to mobility issues. Check in and they don't have a ground floor room. Very disappointed.
My stay at Home2 Suites was good overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and had the basics I needed. Having a small kitchen area was definitely a plus. The location is convenient — a short drive to downtown and close to a few restaurants and stores. The area felt safe, and parking was easy. Breakfast was simple but decent, and the staff were polite and helpful when needed. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it’s modern, practical, and works well for a short or business stay.
