Normally I have great experiences with Hiltons; I'm an Honors member and my family and I love this chain. This brand new hotel looks lovely and the beds & bedding are great! But we had terrible sleep both nights we stayed here, management offered us nothing as an apology, and specifically said there's nothing they can do to help future guests avoid the same problems we had (even though they totally can), so I do not recommend this hotel. Everything about this property is 5 Star. This is a brand new Hilton and it even smells new when you walk in. The location is close to the highway but private. The rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable. The shower was THE BEST! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Definitely would book here again.
Had a bad experience with my stay. I had freezing cold water in the shower when I checked into the room in the evening Reported it to the front desk and the staff confirmed the water was cold and would inform the manager and have maintenance look at it in the morning. The next morning the shower was still cold and I could not shower before I left. The maintenance worked on it when I was gone. Brand new hotel with all the latest designs from Hilton. Love the new prototype and as usual GO Hilton for the win!
Little pricey but was a very good place to stay.
