The positives of this hotel was the location, very close to everything I was needing to be near. Close to downtown. The room was cleanly which I appreciated. The downside was that the hotel was overall very dirty in common areas. There was trash overflowing especially in the mornings and staff had to be told multiple times by guests that it was overflowed, plates in the breakfast area need restocked, and coffee needed restocked. A special shout out to Sharla and Keith Charles for their exceptional customer service during my stay. I can only speak for myself when I say I enjoyed every minute of my stay. My suite was cozy,clean and accommodating. It's nice to have a whole kitchen for storing your drinks and snacks. My companion especially enjoyed his shower. I can honestly say that reviews will sway your thoughts but I say try this hotel for yourself. I found nothing wrong with my stay and will return. Their rooms are big and this hotel is a new one. When I took the elevator downstairs, I saw the staff cleaning the equipment in the gym.Also the breakfast is good. Anyway,very clean & comfortable.
Follow up: This is a follow up and will save you the time of reading my scathing review. I stayed at the Staybridge a month later. The Staybridge is head and shoulders better. Cleaner, better rooms, better breakfast, better staff, better pool. Consider Staybridge or Embassy suites before going here. Also, I never did here back from the property or Hilton customer service.
