Stacey from the kitchen was amazing!! She was extremely helpful and managed a busy morning for breakfast service. She was a rockstar!!
Mattress old and lumpy. Clean rooms. No business center just a printer so can't print boarding passes or ck flights unless u use cell.
The best. The room is very spacious, clean plus has a kitchenette area. Breakfast was included. The staff are really nice. I mean they really go above and beyond expectations. The perfect example of who stood out to me was Miss. Stacey. She was so kind to me and my family. Home2 Suites by Hilton are blessed to have Stacey! I would definitely recommend staying here 10/10.
Rooms and location are fine. Service is horrible. Stayed over a weekend and had baseball team running down the halls and yelling in there rooms at night, I proceeded to call the front desk and they said they wouldn’t address it because it was a sports team. The next morning I saw another guest have their dog (pug) sitting at the table and then eating off a plate on the bench seat.
