Love this place. Clean. Many extra amenities. Reasonable price. Good exercise room Anna’s pool. Friendly staff.
I booked this hotel because I stayed at Home2 in Colorado for 10 days and the hotel was very clean and it gave me really good impression on the hotel chain. However this one night stay at Home2 Indianapolis completely changed my mind. Room was still clean but the breakfast was terrible and manager Caitlin Wilde was beyond something else. Back this year for gencon, rooms are huge, we got a 2 queen room and it has a couch that opens into a sofa bed. Full fridge and sink so very convenient to come home to cold drinks and small snacks! One of us left our wallet in the room after we checked out they called to let us know! So thankfully that they were amazing and returned the wallet so no missed flight!
