i had an extremely unpleasant experience with an employee at this hotel today. i had a minor car accident while parked outside, so i went inside to borrow a pen and start writing down my information for the owner of the other car to have. when i mentioned that i was dealing with the accident, the lady at the front desk immediately became hostile and suspicious and started filming me on her phone. she followed me outside to my car and demanded over and over again for my name and information and became more aggressive when i r... read more
Everything was great (rooms, service and food). It was in a great location in the Providence village with lots of restaurants around and a very nice park.
Overall it was a pleasure to stay at such a clean hotel. I mean you can see yourself on the floor its so shiny. The room was emaculant. My reason for taking a point off is the checkout wasn't the best. There was a Black lady working who was either new, or having a stressful morning. We checked in our stove top bag with a skillet, and she told my husband it wasn't noted on her report as if it was our fault. Clean, new hotel in a great location. A wide variety of options in the continental breakfast, plus a full size fridge in the room. They also had complimentary snacks, water bottles, and coffee set out every day which was amazing. The rooms were spacious and the gym was better than most hotels of the same size. Plenty of free parking. There was only one washer working which was a bit of a pain for those of us staying longer term, but overall, I’d definitely suggest this hotel to anyone staying in Huntsville.
This was one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in. The location was excellent with plenty of food, beverages, and shopping available within walking distance.
