Had a good 3 night stay. Bed was a little small but ok. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was great and staff were very friendly. Only issue we had was lack of pet area outside the hotel. We walked up the hill to another area to find grass for our little dog. They do have bag stations which is nice but to be pet friendly really should have better area for pets.
They never responded to my request to change the dates and are telling me to book another paid night. I never received a service and they want to double charge me. What a rip off! Never booking with booking.com and a hilton again!

This hotel is Awesome. Rooms are HUGE (but strangely only one queen bed per room. Only queens?) BUT THE ROOMS ARE HUGE!!!! And very nice!!!! The service is incredible. Ladies behind the counter are friendly and helpful. HUGE shout out to BRANDY!!!! I am a very anxious person when asking for things, and she changed my room for me while making me smile! Her husband is also very funny and friendly. Location is unbeatable. We're right next to the lake. I even can see it from my bed. And stuff like Walmart is very close. Glad a f... read more
