This was our first time staying at a Home2Suites. Our first room had an issue with the kitchen sink draining and the front desk quickly switched our room and said they’d put in a maintenance report. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well stocked with kitchen items (silverware, cooking utensils, plates, cups, bowls, mixing bowls, toaster, etc). Charged $50.00 for incidental was supposed to be refunded at checkout. I used nothing. They've yet to refund.
Great hotel, friendly staff, perfect location. Zeppelin at the front desk is so sweet and helpful. Will definitely be staying here every time we visit!
