Was looking for a nice place to stay in the Hendersonville/Asheville area. This place fit the bill. I've stayed twice and the rooms have been nice and the staff friendly.
Our GO TO hotel when visiting the Ashville area! Everything is new and sparkling clean! Our room had an insane amount of storage, a fantastic shower, and comfortable beds. The staff is exceptionally friendly - it's like they all like their jobs! Shout out to Danny - he runs an amazing breakfast bar with kindness, efficiency, and excellence! In the future our family will go out of the way to stay here again.
Stayed here for one night. Long dark hairs in bedding and on vanity in bathroom. Stayed in room 102 and had to listen to the side door being opened and slammed all night. Absolutely the worst nights sleep of our lives! Guest services were not apologetic but offered a 10% discount for the inconvenience. Definitely not worth the lost nights sleep and having to drive 4 hours home while completely exhausted the next day. The other guests in room 100 agreed that the door was a huge problem!
