My mom and I stayed at the property for two days. While part of the front desk staff was excellent, we were disappointed with one experience during check-in. We arrived around 1:00 p.m., and an older African American woman with glasses appeared focused on her phone and did not acknowledge us while we were waiting. On the other hand, the other two front desk agents we encountered a young woman and a young man were both friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help whenever we needed anything.
