Très bien grande suite vaste et très propre, Rien de négatif
Pleasantly surprised. The outside looks like a box, but everything inside is very clean and bright. Looks like everything is fairly new. Room was very clean, bright and comfortable. Excercise room is above average for a small hotel fitness room. Free coffee is ok, a little below average, but I am a coffee snob. There is a Starbucks (for what that is worth) within a 5 minute as the crow flys walk. Very easy to find off the interstate. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Harrisburg
Lovely place to stay. Breakfast is as good a Hampton but our room was super clean. Full kitchen and lots parking pet friendly - big grassy area next to hotel - and restaurant close by.
I’m very disappointed with my recent stay at the Home2 Suites in Harrisburg, PA. Manager Theo was extremely rude and unprofessional. When we checked in, he didn’t even greet us — his head was buried in the computer the entire time. Later, we discovered that the pool, which is advertised as heated, was freezing cold. When I brought it up to Theo, he dismissed my concern and said there was nothing he could do. He even rolled his eyes at me, which was incredibly disrespectful.
