Housekeeping (manager specifically) was friendly and attentive. The bed was uncomfortable, but the a/c worked great. The desk chair desperately needs replacing; it had a very unsanitary stain on the seat made specifically by a woman in menses. Exercise room experience was miserable. Both treadmills were out of order, and the weight machine was inoperable.
The rooms are nice, the breakfast is exceptional. The tolerance on late night quiet leaves something to be desired. During my stay a ton of school busses invaded and the halls and BOTH my neighboring rooms were filled with romping. I'm annoyed and lacking sleep.
Last minute trip. Encountered a problem with the room being freezing cold, but the gentleman was very nice and made sure our next room was cozy. I appreciate the effort, room was nice and clean, only issue was the bathroom was a little tight.
