I visit Home Suite Two Gulfport, Mississippi, April 9 through April 17. My stay there always has been excellent except for this time the young lady Frances I always look forward to seeing her because I know that my rule is gonna always be neat clean and always care for but she did not work every day that I was there, and apparently my room was not taken care of the way it should have been. Great Place! Room (suite), service, area, and convenience was wonderful! I love this place 😍!
Location was the reason we tried this site. We are long time Hilton Honors members and this was an extremely disappointing visit. We were to stay over a week but checked out early. They were replacing mattresses and used that as the excuse for not cleaning rooms (supposed to be every other day, we had to ASK for a cleaning after day 4-one and only cleaning). No extra pillow, no DND door sign, etc. Front desk agrued I had not looked when I requested them. Breakfast was hot with a good variety. Floor was quiet. Lack of cleanin... read more
