Loved the rooms, amenities and breakfast. Service was all praise. Delighted
Room wasn't ready at almost 4pm even though check in is 3pm. The shower had hair in it and the room was hot!
I showed up to check in with my itinerary number and confirmation number. Room type and amount charged to my credit card. I was told my reservation was cancelled because I used bookingonline.com. No phone call, no notification. They left me stranded in Grand Rapids with two kids. Of course Jelly Roll was in town so all hotels were booked. WORSE experience with a hotel I have ever had. Do NOT recommend.
