We were in Grand Rapids for two nights September 18th and 19th to visit family and to attend a concert. I placed my reservation online in June. Our stay was fine, nothing out of the ordinary happened. When I checked out of the hotel on the Hilton app, my folio was sent to my email on the 20th. When I opened the email, the rate we were charged was almost double the the rate that was on my reservation copy that I received in June. Fantastic, best room we've stayed in all our travels. The thoughtfulness of the room design is very appreciated. Down to the small little shelf in the shower for your foot. The staff is beyond nice and feel like your leaving friends. Will be back. Thanks for the hospitality.

We have had a great experience at this hotel. The pool is always clean and warm. The hotel is setback from the main road and offers a nice peaceful vibe. The rooms are very clean and the hotel staff are great and offer all types of assistance to keep our stay comfortable. Everyone here is so friendly and we definitely will be staying here again.
