If I could give no stars I would. Not just because of the hotel it’s self but the attitude we received when we mentioned that there were bugs in our room. We called to mention that there were two bugs in our room on the ceiling and could we get a discount on the room. The manager mentioned that we could not get compensated and that house keeping said we trashed the room which is not true. We weren’t even there 24 hours and we always clean the rooms when leaving. The place is nice and clean but unfortunately it was a baseball kids team, they were noisy and very disrespectful, kicked our door room, talking loud and running in the halls, no adults around them.
I love home 2 suites!! The absolute best hospitality service I've received in a hotel. I now book every stay everywhere I go with this fabulous comfortable hotel!!
I had to come back and update my review after I checked out. I will definitely be back here. I had a few tiny issues, and the staff fixed them super quick. The coffee was always ready and hot. Thanks!
