The staff is great and the rooms are clean. Plus one of the better breakfasts I have had at a hotel in a while. I will stay again when I am in the area.
I checked into Home2 Suites in Gilbert, AZ and immediately noticed an odd smell in my room. It only got worse when I found a half‑dead cockroach on the floor. I called the front desk, and Theresa was kind and came to remove it — she was the only bright spot in this experience.Unfortunately, the manager seemed unsure how to handle the situation and simply offered to add points to my account. Would stay here again.
I was super impressed with the accommodation. Rooms are large and super clean. Small kitchen was well appointed with all appropriate appliances, crockery and utensils. Price reasonable and on top of that you get breakfast included. Texted me 1/2 way through our stay to see if there was anything we needed. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Amazing very clean hotel, the staff was so great and the area was nice. The pool was super fun. Totally recommend it
