Disappointed with the staff. Checked in on Tuesday for 3 nights. On Friday asked the front desk if I could extend through Saturday and was told there are no rooms available. Opened the app and saw there were a lot of rooms available. Went back down to lobby and asked the front desk again and she told me that the rooms just opened up. Really? In the time I talked to her till the time I got back to my room they had all these rooms open up? When I questioned her she said I would need to make a new reservation and move rooms. Di... read more

The hotel staff was warm and inviting. My room was immaculately clean and tidy. I will stay here again if I am in Gilbert, AZ
