Wonderful hotel, great breakfast buffet, comfortable beds, easy access, nice neighborhood.
The front desk guy working at 9pm on 9/25/25 needs re-training. I stay at dozens of hiltons across the country every month and have never had a problem checking in through the phone. Last night I called and the old guy answering the phone raised his voice at me yelling at me to check in through the app; after I had told him I was already checked in I just needed my digital key approved. 10 minutes back and fourth the guy argued that he couldn't do anything to help me because he can't do anything on his end. The hotel is very nice, but we just checked in and received terrible service from the black man at the front desk. From the moment he saw us arrive, his attitude was very dismissive. I asked him questions and he didn't answer. He had his headphones on. Terrible service.
Awesome location, hotel, staff, breakfast and experience!
