Stayed here after an Airbnb fell through. It was your typical reliable Home2 suites experience. It does appear they are a few parking spots short when at full capacity which did result in me having to sit in the car for about 15 minutes and wait for someone to leave.
The absolute nicest cleaning staff ever. Could use more parking.
We stayed for 3 days and the rooms are adequate size, and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast and 24 hour coffee. The location was near enough to the activities we were there for.
I checked in here for the first time during the freeze that our area experienced. I was greeted by a very sweet and professional guy named Chris he is so helpful and reassuring! I had a delightful breakfast the next day and enjoyed speaking to other staff members Taree and Latoya are both wonderful managers of such a pristine property. I arrived at Home2 Suites by Hilton Georgetown Austin North confirmation on February 14, at 3pm. Thefront desk told me that they could not check me in due to power outage. The front desk rep asked me to attemptdigital check in. It was unsuccessful, no key was issued. I had an event scheduled for 6 pm., so I was forced to scrambleto try to find another hotel at the last minute. I chose another Hilton.
