Clean rooms with plenty of space. Housekeeping replaced our towels even when we didn’t ask for full service. Front desk were very friendly and helpful, keeping a bunch of rooms near each other when we asked our family to be close.
This is the second time I’ve stayed in Georgetown and both times I’ve stayed at this hotel. When I come back, I’ll stay here again. All the staff are incredibly nice and they’ve taken great care of me while I’m here. I love the spacious rooms and the service that the housekeeping staff provides. Breakfast is delicious and always promptly served at 6 AM. I even took the time to enjoy the pool, which was both clean and quiet. When we arrived the dishwasher was running and it smelled strongly of Indian food. I had to use a room deodorizer that I had to purchase. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The room we chose was on the second floor and was very quiet. It would have been nice to have breakfast last until 10am instead of 9am. The first night I wanted some ice cream but we didn’t want to drive so I purchased a small container of ice cream from the snack area at the front desk. It cost me $12! That’s ridiculous! We were checked in to room 217. The room counters were dirty and the couch pillows were not on the couch. We called and spoke to the desk the sent house keeping who said that room was not inspected yet shouldn't have been used. She was nice cleaned it up fixed issues, and apologized. When I looked at my receipt the next day I realized I was falsely charged for food and wine from the shop. Don't appreciate my card being charged for things me or my guest knows nothing about.
