New, clean, and good location.
EMPLOYEE WAS COMPLETELY MISINFORMED & MANAGEMENT LACKS INTEGRITY. COMPLETELY SCREWED UP OUR WEDDING NIGHT RESERVATION. Went to wrong location, made sure I could be refunded before getting a room at Cedar Park after a long day. I started the process of refund both on Priceline and called the GEORGETOWN LOCATION to communicate. I have no idea who I talked to for 7 minutes on August 16th at 10:37 pm. I was reassured it wouldn't be a problem so stayed only for them to completely 180 and their staff to be incredibly unempathetic.... read more
