We received excellent care, friendly and very helpful staff. The free breakfast was 1st class. Had everything you could need for a well nourished meal. And then some. Coffee was plentiful and hot. The room was very large with a full kitchenette. Sitting area with couch( extra bed if needed). Very large TV. Bed were comfortable. Pillows were too soft and fluffy for me, but I am not complaining. A very safe and comfortable stay.
Rooms are decent but I will give it 3 starts for 2 major negatives. 1. Parking space is minimal and you risk getting towed at an adjacent parking lot and 2. The staff is not very helpful with some common check-in items. I was TDY mil with a mil reservation and asked for a tax exemption cert at check in which is extremely common and every other hilton hotel has accommodated. We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was nice, and clean. The free breakfast was great as well. What stood out more was Bri at the front desk went above and beyond for me and my family.
