Great location. Mid-level amenities. Breakfast was nice, but no way to warm it up. They state things like "make yourself a croque monsieur melt!" But then don't provide you a way to melt it. The breakfast items are lukewarm at best, so that's important. Rooms are alright. Plenty of room, but cheap-feeling. Bed was comfy, so that's a plus!
Nice and clean. And the receptionist "Avary" was such a delight. Room service could have been better. And breakfast fast was eatable but could have been better.

Most everything was pretty good about this place. The downside of the stay at this place and what appears to be the hotel norm is that if an issue arises, the night clerk can do little about it other than put a work order in. This may work well if we were staying for 3 or more nights, but we were staying one night and the TV remote would not operate the TV. When I told the clerk about it they suggested I try new batteries. I made no fewer than 6 trips from my room to the lobby to keep trying whatever remedy they could think ... read more
This hotel was everything I was looking for to travel with 2 young kids in a hot Texas summer. Great AC, super clean, friendly staff at 1am when we got in late and during day, just the right spread for breakfast with different options for breakfast sandwiches each day and a clean pool that was shaded after 4pm by building. A desk ran the full way across the room, so plenty of space for stuff, and just the right amount of kitchen tools in the kitchenette.
