Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid This Hotel This was by far the worst hotel experience we've had in Anaheim. My family and I had booked a two-night stay but ended up checking out the same day due to the extremely poor conditions. The room was unclean, and the staff was unresponsive and difficult to reach. Stayed here for a spell in-between moving form home to new home. The staff is stellar and couldn't ask for more .the rooms perfect and cleanliness everywhere was top notch. Breakfast that is free included in the price to stay is delicious and fresh and plenty .the attendants so helpful and variety of breakfast choices you can make are endless. Really outstanding. We normally stay at Marriot properties, but this hotel was really nice and spacious! The kitchen was perfect for a family. The staff, Johny was extremely helpful and very friendly! We truly recommend this hotel and will stay here again.
