I’ve stayed at many Hilton properties, but this experience was truly disappointing. We had no power for two nights, and it wasn’t fixed until 2 a.m. on the second night — only thanks to a helpful night-shift front desk employee. There was no assistance from the technician or management, and no communication at all during the ordeal. Very easy 15 minute walk to Disney even for families with small children. The free breakfast starts at 6 giving plenty of time even if rope dropping and the prices are much better than staying on property.
Rooms can be big and spacious. Closer to Disney. Just remember you can't take. A shower because there is no hot water when the hotel gets full.. I had a queue of people complain about it during check out .. Towels were not replaced during a 3 day stay. Just beds were made..
