I absolutely love staying here every time I am in Dallas.
Nice hotel. Only 2 years old. Rooms were sizeable with separate living and bedroom spaces as well as a kitchenette. I would stay here again. The hotel is pet friendly, which is nice However, on the last day there was a dog in a nearby room that was barking incessantly starting at 5am.
We stayed at this hotel for almost a month. Kristy was very attentive to everything we needed, which made our stay very pleasant. My children were delighted with the pool and the breakfast. However, we were very disappointed with the room cleaning service. On two occasions, I asked Darlene for assistance with the service, and her response was that it was already 3:00 p.m. and that it was too late to request it. I believe the hotel should have enough staff to provide good service at any reasonable time.
Located in a great area close to restaurants and stores, peaceful neighborhood, nice and clean rooms
We didn't have a pleasant stay at Home 2. We were there for a wedding and stayed for a week. The staff was very friendly, the gym was great, and the lobby coffee shop was always well-stocked with a great selection. Our room with a balcony was spacious and comfortable. But unfortunately, it had an unpleasant odor: the bathroom was covered in hair, there was no shower gel or shampoo, and the Kleenex box smelled bad. I wouldn't return to this hotel.
