Great experience and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast options, clean, quiet and a great spot to stay.
Everything was great until we checked out. I’m helping a friend get settled into town and after giving us a discount and saying they won’t charge us for a late check out, they charge us for a late check out. It’s frustrating when someone develops a rapport with a customer and the next employee just throws that in the drain. You can communicate instead of sneaking charges. That was just plain deceptive and rude, like why?? That fee is multiple meals worth of money for someone trying to get on their feet. Can we be human?
This hotel is wonderful. The staff are always nice, helpful and happy to help. The rooms are clean. I love the layout of the studios. There is a well stocked kitchen with a dishwasher and normal sized fridge in the room. They have everything you'll need. Breakfast is the best we've had at a hotel with lots of fresh options. The lobby is very comfortable. There are two negatives to mention. The pool is too cold and the bed is squeaky with the slightest movement.
