I have stayed at this hotel several times. It is always very clean, rooms are well equipped with everything you need and the customer service is absolutely the best. When traveling l look for a Home 2 Suite. I would give this hotel 10 stars. Management and staff at this location really know how to run a run a first class operan EDIT. Our family came here like we do every year. Our reservation was made it May for an Oct stay we reserved joining rooms. Call the day before to confirm and was told all was set. Woke up the next mo... read more

Rooms were booked and confirmed the day before. Got text the morning of arrival that not only did we not have connected rooms but neither room had the separate bedroom. Front desk didn't even care. Said our you stay... read more

We reserved a room wi... read more

I had a personal need recently and ended up working with Trish(DOS) who could not have been more kind, considerate and respectful. In conjunction with the GM Drew, they went above and beyond in helping me in my situation. Many of the service stars at the property are the front desk team. Each one provides amazing hospitality-from Kylee to Paige to Brandi. Shayna is the Assistant GM and covers the desk often with... read more
