Room was dirty, stains on the sheets. Asked the beds to be re-made with new sheets and they literally re-made the beds with the same dirty sheets.
We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and this was our first time staying at a home 2 suites and this will be our new preferred hotel that we look for. The front desk staff was so welcoming and always made eye contact, genuinely seemed to care how everything was and was so helpful with check-in and breakfast. The breakfast options were phenomenal, everyone in our family was praising the set up, cleanliness, and food options. Didn’t get the room I was supposed to so they said they would give me a discount and a bunch of extra reward points. When I looked it sure didn’t look like I received any extra reward points. I had to manage a shower in a tube every night because they only have one room with a walk in shower. Come on it’s time to upgrade!
