Love this place! Great location, great breakfast, great rooms and the staff is always friendly and efficient. I took one star off on rooms as a nitpick due to the water was so soft. If this place has a water softener, they need to not soften the water so much. The shower floor stays slick and the soap doesn't rinse. We were back a year later. Again, great stay but minor comments. The water is still softer than any place I have been, it makes the bottom of the tub very slippery and you have to rinse a lot for soap to come off... read more
The Home2 Suites here in Elkhart is amazing! The staff are exceptional and accommodating. When we are in the area again, we will definitely be booking a hotel stay here again!
3-1/2 Stars- This hotel was decent & clean enough, plenty of shelving/counter space for our luggage in our room on the second floor, but it didn’t feel as clean as it should have. Maybe it was occupied by someone with a pet, and there’s no way to request a pet free room. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast; they did have oat milk, which my dairy-free son appreciated. The pool looked cloudy, and there were small, white granules of some kind floating on the water. We chose not to use it.
Room was dirty, stains on the sheets. Asked the beds to be re-made with new sheets and they literally re-made the beds with the same dirty sheets.
