Despite glowing reviews about this place, we had a terrible stay. The dishwasher needed to be emptied when we got to our room, we waited for an hour to get a pot to cook dinner with (at 830 at night- we ended up microwaving because we were too hungry to wait any longer), the beds weren't made correctly (sheets were twisted when put on and the corners all popped off when you sat down on the bed) and both needed remade, the shelves were covered in salt or sugar, I don't even want to know what was on the nightstand, the pool wa... read more
This place never cease to amaze me their depth of caring n service far surpasses 99% of of the 4star hotels I have stayed in..they even had a gas grill to cook our steaks with .the room cleaning staff was superb the breakfast a real feast..the check in was quick n friendly.. management n oversight must be phenomenal since all the people working are happy n friendly..this is my home hotel when I'm in the area and as I travel n speak it frequently but wish it was more just to stay here .Bless u folks see you again soon
A new clean modern hotel with comfy beds and sheets
We had a wonderful weekend stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton in Elkhart. The service was outstanding from check-in through check-out, and every staff member made us feel welcome. Our room was very clean, and the king-size bed was especially comfortable and inviting. The coffee bar was great, and the seating area felt warm, comfortable, and welcoming.
