Very clean. Large rooms friendly staff. Definitely recommend it
We stay in Hilton at least a whole week once and sometimes twice a week for work across MS and AL. This is one of the very best yet. Josh and Misty are above and beyond. Super clean room, awesome full breakfast with grits made right. Very friendly staff.
Upon entering the hotel we struggled to bring up the baggage cart and a kind maintenance man stopped what he was doing to ensure we made it to the room safely. During breakfast the staff was friendly and had a great set up for us to enjoy the next day. The stay was clean and the staff above average for friendliness and willingness to help. What a great little find on our way out of state. Thank you for making the trip bearable!
I'm never disappointed! This is our go to hotel when traveling. It's super clean, dog friendly, and has great coffee with the free breakfast. However, the hubs said he had to search for dog area and then it was out of poop bags. 💩
I reported a dangerous plumbing mistake in May 2025: the hot water was hooked up where the cold water should be, so a disabled guest staying in this accessible room could get painful burns if they can't turn the controls quickly enough to a safe temperature range. Worse yet, the hot water was marked with a blue dot and the cold water was marked with a red dot, which could lead someone to spend extra time figuring out the problem while they were getting burned.
