Moving from FL to CA by truck and my fiancé and I got so exhausted from the drive we gave this place a call and Maya was amazing!! She helped us book our reservation at 2 AM and helped us figure out parking for our trailer. She was even able to give us a room facing where we could park. This was probably the best stay and Custer service I ever had at a Hilton location. Very accessible from the freeway. I did notice a few things. Some type of water spilled on the 4th floor. It left a lingering smell. The cushion on the couch was dirty. Big stand but flipped over. Chipped paint in bathroom. The pull out sofa could use a thinker mattress. You can totally feel the springs. Rough night of sleep over all Georgie and her term were very nice. I enjoyed the breakfast and fall decor.
Worst Hilton hotel I’ve ever stayed in, when checking in there was nobody at the front desk, they literally left the hotel! Took over an hour before I could get a room, and I called in advance saying I would be in early. Then when they finally got to the desk, no apology for keeping me waiting. The back door stayed broken for over 3 weeks, you had to walk around to the main door to enter. Very clean. Large rooms friendly staff. Definitely recommend it
We stay in Hilton at least a whole week once and sometimes twice a week for work across MS and AL. This is one of the very best yet. Josh and Misty are above and beyond. Super clean room, awesome full breakfast with grits made right. Very friendly staff.
