Rooms and service were great!
Super helpful front desk staff. Deshaun was friendly & very professional. Currently remodeling or finishing initial construction of rooms on first floor. Hallway carpet was dirty but were told it was due to the construction. (but it looked like customer trash not swept up) Third floor rooms were clean, modern & smoke-free. Air conditioning is ice cold & works great. Location is a little obscure being located in MidTown North Dallas. Good thing for GPS navigation to find it. Overall a great experience. 5/19/26 update: 5 stars. 2 people in May 2026. Elevator buttons need attention: the numbers are wearing off. Otherwise, same comments as at 3/19/26 (Comfortable room and bed. Water flow was good in shower but slow in sink. HVAC worked well. Nice kitchenette. Love the rolling table in the room. Like the full-length shower. Housekeeping came in five times while I was in the room. Accused me of smoking while taking showers. Hotel is being renovated, the workers outside were smoking and I was on the first floor. They were apparently monitoring when I showered. The main concern regarding this establishment is the way they dispose of their paperwork. Their general ledger was scattered in parking lot with people personal info on them for 48 hours. I was NOT smoking in the room.
