Great hotel, spacious room, clean, staff is very friendly, basic+ breakfast. 30 min from everywhere we wanted to go to.

Rooms and service were great!
Super helpful front desk staff. Deshaun was friendly & very professional. Currently remodeling or finishing initial construction of rooms on first floor. Hallway carpet was dirty but were told it was due to the construction. (but it looked like customer trash not swept up) Third floor rooms were clean, modern & smoke-free. Air conditioning is ice cold & works great. Location is a little obscure being located in MidTown North Dallas. Good thing for GPS navigation to find it. Overall a great experience.
