Had a great experience staying in March of 2026. August 2026 was not the same positive experience. The pool was closed for renovations in mid August and no notice was given when we booked. Front desk struggled to check us in, gave us wrong room keys and said that it might be possible to get us pool access somewhere else...So we didn't cancel. Second time at this hotel the first time I had to changed rooms because air conditioning not cooling!! Gave it another chance then I had my do not disturb tag on my door my husband went to eat breakfast and a hotel worker just walked into my room!! No knock or announcement!! Talk to staff about it and it wasn't his fault it was managements fault and they tried to blame the worker who was told by them we already checked out!!!!! No apology!
