Rooms were clean. Consensus from those we traveled with; coffe pots in rooms don't work. Little kitchens and nice size fridge/freezer proved helpful. Staff was friendly and helpful for the most part. I did notice they don't really remember you even if you just spoke with them minutes before. Rooms may not be fully insulated as we could hear everything, but staff was helpful when we asked them to speak to the guests above us due to excessive noise. My parents would stay here any time that they would come in to town. One night a really bad storm came through and knocked out the poor where I was staying. The lady at the front desk was so friendly and helpful in assisting my dad and I with getting a room 2 nights. The rooms were so very clean and the breakfast the next morning was great. My parents love this hotel and I can see why.

​I cannot say enough good things about my stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton, and it is all thanks to the incredible team at the front desk. Kaycee was amazing & had such great customer service! Breakfast was good, rooms were clean and pool was enjoyable.
