The property itself is clean and appears to be a newer build, but the service, communication, and professionalism have been disappointing. What should be simple, courteous requests are too often met with irritability, frustration, and a lack of accountability. Michelle at checkout was amazing she gave us some ideas of some things we could do downtown all service was great check in was wonderful very nice very friendly very very clean no issues I always stay at home2 Suites wherever we go.
I THOUGHT THIS WAS A GOOD HOTEL ITS NOT. WE WAS RACIALLY PROFILED AND LIED ON SAYING WE STOLE A COMFORTER AND PILLOW THAT WAS TAKEN FROM US AND WE WAS PROVIDED NEW SHEETS BY THE NIGHT WHITE LADY ON DUTY. We had an accident on our bed and immediately went downstairs to tell the WHITE LADY on duty and she was nice that night 1/10/25 and even gave us new covers and everything.
