Stayed here for the first time last night. It was one of may favorite hotels I've stayed at throughout GA and SC. I always get nervous I'll run into issues when staying somewhere new, but this a great spot.
Room 310 was dirty. Dirt on bathroom floor, and dishwasher was dirty as well. Stains on couch
This is not our first time staying at this location, so I thought the negative reviews I read weren't even close based off of our previous experience. Unfortunately, this stay will be our last for this location. There's absolutely no excuse for a Hilton owned property to be opened with NO HOT WATER! We checked in online as soon as the room became available on the Hilton app as this is always the most convenient way for us.
