I booked this room for my mom and I, she is mobility challenged. The hotel looked nice on check in- but the room was not so great. We stay in a lot of handicapped accessible rooms, but this one had 1 grab bar in the shower and that is all….none by the toilet etc. Also, the room smelled terrible and my allergies immediately started acting up. Room is nice
Sadly as a Hilton Silver member and frequent Home2Suites customer. This particular establishment missed the mark greatly! Booked my room for 2 nights at 10am that day. Get to the hotel to check in at 6pm to be told"my rooms not ready"...have never had that happen before. Check in is at 3pm!! Desk clerk showed no empathy or care. Said she could call me when my room is ready. Umm no mam!! Give me a room that is ready now. She said they had no other rooms available. Picked my room number then just before arriving at the hotel after my schedulwd arrival time, my room number and floor were suddenly changed.
From outside and entrance looks good but floors are weird dark hallways and guest actually living here full time. Trash at elevators you will hear cats meowing while you're in your room. Dont forget about the friendly cockroaches. Not family friendly seems more for construction guys working out of town. Pool nasty
