The night time help def needs some guidance in customer service. Checked in late and acted super bothered that she had to assist us by letting us in the door and checking in.
Female Employee working Afternoon/Evening on Wednesday and Thursday was absolutely rude, uninterested in being there & should not work in customer service How about saying hello! Customer calls says the hotwater was not working at full strength vs oh no one has reported it. Bathroom floors and shower were far from clean. You need to CLEAN the baseboards and bottom of the shower. If you are not going have housekeeping on Thanksgiving put more supplies in the bathroom. Get off your phones when a customer walks in.
