I recommend this hotel, I've never had any problems from them.
I stayed in the middle of a snow storm so I'll give them grace for being understaffed and missing amenities. The hotel is nice, it's connected to the Hilton Garden Inn and the staff does everything from that check in Desk. The Home2Suites desk was never manned. The staff is great though, especially Aminah (evening mgr?) and Thomasina. Everyone was very friendly
Clean rooms, good staff, and great walkability downtown
Martin at breakfast is the best he was courteous and very helpful. I appreciate the courtesy and the delicious waffles and food convenient clean and very helpful
This is my second time staying at 2 home. Two suites by hilton down here for work.And it feels like I never left from the first time they'd treat me like family
