I recently stayed at Home2 Suites by Hilton Columbia Downtown and overall had a great experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly every interaction came with a smile, which really set the tone for the stay. The room itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. I especially appreciated the full kitchen, which was both functional and beautiful — a real bonus for anyone staying more than a night or two. Parking was rough, but everything was extremely dirty. Bedsheet smelled. Shower was very dirty. Didn’t look like the room of service in a very long time.
The management team was awesome, AND I MEAN EVERYONE!! They treated my family like royalty, they asked how we were doing while we were visiting my sister who was on life support at a local hospital there. That meant a lot to us. We recommend this hotel. KUDOS MUCH APPRECIATED & LOVE
