I arrived to the hotel while digitally checking in at 7pm. I attempted to use my digital room card to open the back door but was not able to b.c. it was never completed. When I get to the front desk the young lady was polite but let me know that at 7pm my room was not ready and would need me to take a different room....so I did. My review might sound contradictory to the stars that I gave. Our room was amazing, We had a personal text message every day from checking to see how we were doing. However, they have a lot to fix at this establishment. For one, the phone system was down, and I was unable to call the hotel from New York. This was very frustrating as nobody told me it was connected to the Hilton Garden. Had I called the Hilton Garden I would’ve had all my needs addressed before my trip. This was the perfect location for a little weekend getaway! Let's start with check in! As always it was a breeze checking in on the mobile app and getting my room key. The room was clean, and spacious. We loved the full size refrigerator. We were able to buy snacks and juice to last the trip. The on site bar was a whole vibe! The location to downtown was right on point. The hotel was very quiet at night. Even though the parking lot was packed. I would love to return sometime in the near future.

I recently stayed at Home2 Suites by Hilton Columbia Downtown and overall had a great experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly every interaction came with a smile, which really set the tone for the stay. The room itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. I especially appreciated the full kitchen, which was both functional and beautiful — a real bonus for anyone staying more than a night or two.
