This hotel is not great. Hallways smell terrible, weird times for breakfast, and no regular housekeeping. I think the walls and doors are made of actual paper. Can hear every word of the conversation in the room next to me, and can hear everything in every room while walking the halls. Also, it sounds like I am actually standing on the street because if how loud the vehicles are. The hotel was great and very kid friendly. Only issue was the weekend breakfast. The food was mostly out by the time we got there around 9:30 each morning.
Upon arrival bunch of unruly children,arrived at room dead door key couldn’t get in given another room strong odor from room cleaning,I highly thank Devin on front desk who went on above taking care of problem,as gold member Devin is aJewel again Devin thank you thank you very much.
Rooms are great, and staff are competent and friendly. (Save for the bartender who was unpleasant, I never like to poorly review a fellow service industry worker, but it is what it is.) The desk workers and housekeepers more than make up for it. Exceptional service! Keep up the good work, Staying here for a week and honestly I'd stay here again!
