Plenty of space in the room. I stayed in a handicap accessible room. Had all the appropriate amenities for that, handles in the bathroom, space to move around, and a master power switch by the door. Had USB charging ports on the desk and next to the bed. The bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab, not fun for me. Nicely located near a distillery/public house, cinema, brew house, and food options. All less than 100 yards from the establishment. Stayed here for two weeks, and overall it had some pros and some cons. Most of the issues were with housekeeping. They were friendly/professional, but there is some improvements that could be made. More pros than cons. Pros- Good size room, modern accommodations, staff was friendly and professional, continental breakfast, free wifi for customers, home accommodations like a microwave, dishwasher and plates, nice common areas, common use washing machine and dryer, common areas were kept very clean, a gym, exterior of the build... read more

Wonderful hotel! Very clean, comfortable and friendly hotel staff. Our kids and dogs were happy staying here. Complimentary coffee and breakfast. Great pool!

What happened to a normal hotel stay? I guess the price on this place was too good to be true. Why don’t hotels clean rooms anymore? Stayed for 5 days on vacation, had to ask twice for the room to be cleaned or it wouldn’t have been done. Asked for the soap and shampoo bottles to be refilled but didn’t happen, all were empty upon arrival. Breakfast was really a joke. This H2S location is really a bare bones CS lodging option. Everything here was just slightly off, but enough to keep me from coming back. The front desk may or may not answer your call. There may or may not be anyone at the front desk when you check in. Don't expect room service to check to see if there's any liquid soap left in the shower dispenser, and they will ignore the detached handle on the bathroom sink (vice maybe letting someone know).
