Very clean hotel. Large rooms
Great experience. Shuttle from the airport, free breakfast which had a lot of variety and was really good. Excellent service especially from Favi, the front desk clerk. She was very friendly and helpful and made our experience even better!
Our recent stay at this property over Thanksgiving was deeply concerning and unacceptable. My 85-year-old grandmother suffered a serious fall in the parking lot due to an unnecessary and poorly placed concrete block positioned in the middle of the parking lot. The obstruction was not clearly marked, and as a result, she fell hard enough that we had to rush her to the emergency room. Just the small little extra things they do for the kids was just over and above what I expected and just felt welcomed the whole time during our Thanksgiving visit. Coffee was flavorful as well. The pool was AMAZING!!!
