I was really disappointed with my stay here, especially considering how expensive it was. The room wasn’t very clean when we arrived—there were noticeable issues with housekeeping that made it feel like it hadn’t been properly taken care of. This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, especially for the price. Housekeeping was completely unacceptable—rooms were dirty, not properly cleaned, and it felt like basic hygiene wasn’t even a priority. On top of that, I had items go missing during my stay, which is extremely concerning. We made a one-night booking here while traveling home on a long road trip. Our suite room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff at check-in was very friendly. Breakfast options included waffles, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, a make-your-own hot egg sandwich station. It was different from other hotels we’ve stayed at, simple, but nice.
Location was good but this hotel has a long standing issue with their TVs. The TV channels black out continuously through the day for long periods leaving you without tv. I stayed here 2 years ago and this issue was going on and tried the hotel again this week to find the same exact problem going on…they will tell you they don’t know what’s up with the them and they can reset but within 10mins problems starts right back….no offers of anything to make the situation better.
