The facts, my room repeatedly went uncleaned, and the housekeeping policy was never explained to me at check-in. When I called to ask why my room wasn't clean, the front desk employee told me, "Well, I wouldn't have told you about the housekeeping policy when you checked in" for a 12-night guest, that policy is essential information, and the dismissive response made it worse. Omg! I can’t stand coming to this location. As a gold member im never treated properly, my room is NEVER ready!!!!! Never! I’m here right now 6/29/2026 it’s 4:20pm and I’m being told my room is not ready. They’re charging so much money only to inconvenience me. They claimed to have problems with housekeeping and blah I don’t care I use to be a housekeeper and I had to make sure all my rooms were done on time.
