While our stay was comfortable, the customer service was horrible. When we get to a hotel, the last thing we want to deal with is unpleasant customer service . We are new to GA and every person we’ve met have been friendly and welcoming with the expectation of the persons at our hotel, not sure if they themselves were have a bad day or is that how they treat their guests. One of our favorite places to stay when we go thru Brunswick
It's a decent experience. Breakfast was decent. We asked twice for some pillows and blankets they never gave us. Bathroom door lock was broken.
While traveling to Florida my truck broke down and in the midst of a stressful situation I have to brag about Christina at the front desk. She went above and beyond to accommodate my stay her genuine sense of compassion for my situation secured a customer for life. It’s hard to find employees who go above and beyond and she sets the example of extraordinary customer service. Thank you Christina and Home2suites for providing and great experience and relaxing stay during a stressful time.
Nie wieder dieses Hotel. Beim Check-in unfreundlich und hoffnungslos überfordert. Erst ließ man mich warten, weil die Dame noch irgendwelche Dinge in den Computer eingab. Dann war man um 17:30 Uhr nicht sicher ob schon Zimmer für den Check-in fertig hergerichtet waren. Das musste der Hausmeister überprüfen. Nach 25min wortlos die Zimmerkarten hingelegt, kein Wort zum Frühstück usw. Wofür hat man den Goldstatus? Zwischenzeitlich waren auch andere Gäste hinter mir.
