You don’t want to get on the bad side of the general manager of this location, Sara. She is the most unprofessional hospitality associate we’ve ever encountered and she will have you removed by law enforcement if you disagree with her. She canceled the remainder of our 13 day stay over our simple request for housekeeping service. We arrived on a Friday and by Tuesday we had not seen any evidence that our room had been cleaned. Air-conditioner leaking all over floor not very cool hair in shower and what looked to be mold corner of shower and management/guest service was supposed to reach out it’s been almost a week now and have not heard anything owner says they will reach out today but have been emailed and told this since monday
The hotel was comfortable, but noisy. The pool was fairly warm, and the kid loved it. Breakfast was good. A little attention to detail, and it would be an amazing hotel. Would stat again, however.
