The room (329) had ripped carpet and in the transition from carpet to tile had nail heads poking through. Quite painful to step on. The stairway from the 3rd floor by my room smelled awful as well. The water shut off without notice for an hour or so. The lights flickered. The handle for the toilet had to be held down to flush. There were ants in the room. I always enjoy staying at Home2Suites. The free breakfast is filling with plenty of options & the dining area is big enough for families or eating takeout comfortably. Every location I’ve visited has had friendly, accommodating staff. On this trip, I arrived early & they still had my room ready with no extra charge, which was a lifesaver after a long road trip.
