Our blinds didn’t work on our 1 window so we couldn’t open or see out the window or have natural light. I messaged for more pillows and towels. Never got a response or the items. Then we found a cockroach in our room took a picture, told the front desk, and showed them. When we asked to speak to the manager they told us they were not in but they work the next day from 8-11. Rooms were clean, staff was great and polite, was only missing sheets for pullout bed, and didn't leave enough towels after cleaning or extra TP but staff was great about getting what we needed when asking. Breakfast items does rotate daily. Pool is small but great for a quick dip with kids. Gas station and food near by.

I, unfortunately, left my down pillow behind and the management was very kind to mail it to me. Thank YOU so much PK. We will see you in October for our 3 day stay. The staff is fantastic!!! We had a great experience.

I came to Bedford for a work trip and was told I could check in at 3. Wasn’t able to check in until 4 and the room I got wasn’t even what I was told I would get. There was no king rooms left so I got the two queen bed room. The a/c in the room was so loud and woke me up in the middle of the night every night. The breakfast is nothing special but the lady that got the breakfast ready each day was very sweet and always had everything ready by 6am.
