Avoid this hotel if you’re traveling with kids. Our stay in October 2025 was ruined by front desk agent “Karen”, who, less than an hour after check-in, was aggressively rude and threatened to call the police on my family over an inflated noise complaint upon checking in with 3 kids. People make noise when moving in lots of luggage for a 5 day stay. Her conduct was unprofessional and created a hostile environment, especially distressing as we were staying for a funeral.
