Used the valet parking. Did not retrieve the car until I checked out. Received a parking ticket in the mail from the parking garage the hotel used. I paid $35 a day to the hotel for parking just to get a parking ticket on top of that for my car that I did not even park. Very disappointing after I had a great weekend. UPDATE: Been dealing with this for almost a week now with no help from Hilton. I have spent multiple hours on the phone trying to resolve this. Normal rooms and experience, nothing to complain about. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Location was ideal for city lf Baltimore.
Cold showers -rooms smell strong of cigarettes
Pro: 1. Dog friendly and hot shower (that’s it) 2. Front desk manager Eric is nice. Con: 1. Empty shower gel and shampoo when we checked in. We bought our own body wash, shampoo and body lotion. We haven’t gotten any refill on the 3rd stay. 2. Hair on a pillow. 3. NO lamp tube on a table lamp. 4. Dirty spots on chair and curtain. 5. We had breakfast before 8am and took 5 boiled eggs for 3 people. My wife was advised by an employee Toya that we should be mindful about other guests so they could have boiled eggs.
