This place had great service and friendly staff, clean rooms UNTIL the past 6 months. Since then it seems like new staff, possibly new management, unhelpful and rooms including common area not clean at all. Terrible service when I was forced into a non handicap accessible room with two handicap people. Wanted more money to put us in a handicap room. Wouldn't budge told us we were welcome to book at neighboring hotel. I was shocked. We have stayed here 8 times so for him to treat us like this I'm so disappointed. Dog hair all... read more
No water pressure, beds and pillows were uncomfortable, pool is only 5 feet deep so the kids were disappointed with it, front desk staff was helpful when asked but not particularly outgoing.
We had a suite, it was very nice, I’d stay here again.
Clean comfy rooms, great amenities, peaceful atmosphere, free parking and amazing staff and management. Ms. Dara is truly a Jewel~ it is always a pleasure staying at this property and I look forward to returning in the near future. ~Angel
