Nice newish hotel, clean rooms and lobby, friendly staff, overall a great stay!
A short distance from the airport with large clean rooms that have microwave ovens & a small fridge. Easy drive or Ride-Share to downtown. The complimentary breakfast was expansive and presented with obvious great care.
I travelled to Anchorage with a group on August 2024; all rooms had been totally prepaid, and no other service was added to our stay. Anyway, a few days after my check-out I realized that my card had been charged for more than 300 USD, with no reason at all. No way to have any explanation about this. Till now, despite of my many requests, no refund has been made. I liked the hotel, but this should never happen; even in case of a mistake, they have to make a refund for any undue charge.
