When we checked in the front desk host Ross was outstanding! I noticed how polite he was to everyone that passed thru the lobby as he was also fast and efficient at checking us in. He accommodated us with a wheelchair because my husband was coming in after having surgery. He made sure we had extra pillows so my husband could elevate his head. Thank you Ross! Home2 Suites is lucky to have you!

I've been staying here regularly for four years and it was always just close enough to my office to put up with the old, dingy rooms, weird smells and cheap bedding/linens. But after almost stepping in dog shit just lying in the middle of the hallway, I'll be staying at another Hilton property nearby (even though they are much more expensive than this). place).
The rooms were nice. I was able to check in online which was nice. I received a text when my room was ready. The only problem I had was my digital key never worked. Not sure if it was a hotel issue or just my phone having spotty service. I was able to get a key from the front desk. The room had a lot of storage space, counter space, a rolling desk, and a kitchen with microwave, fridge, sink, and dishwasher. Pool was nice.
