I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL THIS SEPTEMBER 2026 RESERVATIONS FOR EIGHT WEEKS OR MORE.
Ran out of coffee for almost 20 mins Sunday morning. No pastries? Just dry banana muffins. Was there a microwave for breakfast or did I miss it... eggs were just warm, potatoes cool
This place is about 1 1/2 hours from Blue Ridge. Dog friendly place with guests walking around with their dogs so we felt pretty comfortable with ours. Close to Asian food. The workers helped each other and seemed relaxed which is a thumbs up for me. Our room was super clean and we could refill our water bottles at no extra cost on the first floor. Since we are vegetarian we were grateful they had eggs, potatoes, fruit and oatmeal.
When we checked in the front desk host Ross was outstanding! I noticed how polite he was to everyone that passed thru the lobby as he was also fast and efficient at checking us in. He accommodated us with a wheelchair because my husband was coming in after having surgery. He made sure we had extra pillows so my husband could elevate his head. Thank you Ross! Home2 Suites is lucky to have you!
Ross at the front desk is so kind and friendly. Room was spacious and very clean.
