Hilton contacted me to get feedback about a recent stay. I expressed to them that the front desk attendants attire might not be the best choice given the political climate at the moment and that the optics may not look good. Worst Hilton property we have ever stayed at. The bed linens smelled like really bad body odor, a spider crawled out of one of the pillows (!), the bed was a little more lumpy than we would have liked, there was no shampoo or body soap in the shower, they had run out of many breakfast items long before the breakfast time was over and did not refill anything. Makes us want to rethink Home2 Suites in the future, which is sad because we had previously had pleasant experiences there.

Here is my issue. I stayed here for one night. I booked through a 3rd party site being it was after 1 am it booked the following day instead of right away. I was told that they would honor the rate I had already booked online. Checked in at 1 am. The house keeping staff woke me up knocking at 9 am when the check out wasn't untill 11am. That alone was unacceptable for me. If check out is at 11 why are you knocking at 9 and if the deposit isn't suppose be charged why did it come out to $165 hit on my card and was never returne... read more

I don't know why anyone would complain about this hotel! Hilton systems were down nationwide and I need to book my usual hotel for business, for 1 night only and could not. So I booked Springhill Suites Marriott, arrived, rooms only on 1st floor (giving exterior access vibes), or 1 other room on 3rd floor right next to elevator. No bueno. Room on 1st floor was wooden and had graffiti carved in door! I canceled on the spot, drove to Home2Suites.
