Terrific selection of furniture & related products. Very helpful staff - Ashley Ryan was most impressive. The owner (Mary) was absolutely incredible - by helping us make selections that really made our home so gorgeous. We are totally happy customers. We prefer to shop local and Aladdin made sure we made the right decisions. We highly recommend Aladdin and will continue to shop there. Their delivery & set-up team was very professional & efficient. Front-to-back the entire team was outstanding!!!
Omgosh !!! I hope no one ever has to experience the treatment we got after purchasing two rocker recliners from this furniture store Absolutely no costumer service after your purchase Our chairs tip over easy and one leans so bad it's ridiculous Mind you we've only had them in our possession two months, the other two months is how long it took them to get them delivered to us... Save your money go to The Highland Lakes Furniture across the street wonderful man who owns it or the Mattress Firm next to Walmart they give 180 days sleep guarantee and its in writing. We bought a mattress here 4 years ago and it started sagging, then we were momentarily stupid and bought one again this year 2017. The sales ladyElaine told us there was a sleep guarantee for the mattress and even called us the day after to see what we thought, why call if there's not a guarantee because of lies. All lies!! Worst customer service ever, and rude management. Repeatedly told a date for a refund check to arrive for furniture that was damaged on delivery. I would NOT recommend this company when making a furniture purchase.
I purchase a chair and warranty for my husband 40th anniversary 2 years ago. I had misplaced the receipt and I called the store. They looked up the warranty for me and sent off the claim form on Friday I got an email back the same day saying that they were replacing the chair and to bring it in on a certain date and swap it our for the new chair. Now that is true customer service after the sale.
