Renee was great. She sent me a huge selection of tables and end tables to choose from, and Jason got them ordered for me. A great store and great team work.
This is my third time back at Aladdin for my home furnishings. Every time has been a great experience and delivery has gone smoothly! This time I was purchasing two new bed sets and a living room set. Jason was extremely helpful and patient with myself and by two children who had to accompany me today since we are on summer break and a tight move in schedule for our new home. All i can say is the customer service sucks if you have an issue with the furniture. Apparently they don't have technicians for the Shreveport area and the manager says it will get taken care of and you don't hear anything back from them and just keep getting the run around. They are more than happy to sell you the furniture and take your money but don't want to fix any problems under warranty. I'm glad the store is closing.
I love Aladdin! Mary and Tom Barker are the best and so are their sales staff. We have lived in Horseshoe Bay 5 years and have purchased furniture for almost every room in our home. Mary also helped us pick out pictures, mirrors and area rugs. We will always shop Aladdin and locally before going out of town.
We were greeted us allowed time for us to walk around and look for our selection. Salesperson was friendly and answered all of our questions.
My wife and I had a great experience with the sales person Ashley Ryan she was very professional and ending up purchasing a living room set from her after a lot of searching the be big retail stores she was the nicest and we will be back to purchase other items from Ashley Ryan for our home. We appreciate you Ashley!
Those guys are professional very nice and will go out of their way to help I usually don't write a review but they exceeded my expectation by far. I was helped by Edin Moeses salesperson and by GM Larry Davis .......
Home Zone is a great place to purchase furniture, their selection of furniture is large. The staff is very knowable and eager to help. I will most definitely purchase from their again.
